High levels of cholesterol and excess body fat can be reduced with this simple drink. It is made of several ingredients which when combined give amazing results.
And here is the recipe:
- 2 liters of filtered water
- 3 stalks of parsley
- 3 lemons
- baking soda
Clean the lemons using baking soda. Rub it onto the rind to clean any dirt or other impurities.
Boil the water, and then let it cool. Next, cut lemons into thin slices and chop the parsley, then add them to the water.
Cover and keep the liquid in the fridge. After a day, stir well and put the liquid in a glass bottle. Drink 4 ounces of this healthy drink every day.
