People who want to gain weight – This is the best food for those who want to lose weight, and of course is not good for those who want to gain it. In fact, ginger keeps you feel full and help in dissolving fat. If you want to gain some weight, ginger can’t help you, so you better avoid it.

People suffering from blood disorders – Ginger stimulates circulation, what is generally good, but not for those that suffer from blood disorders such as hemophilia.

People who take blood pressure and diabetes medications – If you take medications to regulate blood pressure or diabetes, you mustn’t consume this bulbous plant at all, because it can affect on the effect of the medications in your body. It Is especially risky if you combine ginger with anticoagulants, beta-blockers and medications based on insulin.
