Treatments to keep your breasts in good shape

As people age, their body goes through a lot of changes. When women are in question, they are faced with the problem of sagging breasts.

Breasts lose firmness due to a lot of reasons like pregnancy, menopause, unhealthy diet, rapid weight gain or weight loss, excessive tanning, unsuitable bras, cigarettes, alcohol, and other. Many women lose confidence because of this.

The problem of saggy breasts can be avoided by keeping the healthy weight, consuming plenty of water, being dedicated to a healthy diet and regular physical activity and applying oils or creams made of pomegranates or aloe vera.

In addition to this, several treatments can be used to prevent this problem.

Women are advised to do push-ups, weight-lifting or any other exercise which targets the chest area. Breast massages with ice, vegetable and essential oils are also advised.

There is also a recipe for strengthening the chest area. You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 yogurt
  • 2 vitamin E oil
  • 3 egg

The instructions are quite simple. Just mix all ingredients together, apply the mixture on your breasts and massage slowly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash it off with cold water.
