This drink melts 1-4kg a day while you drink it only twice a month

The combination of green tea and milk can help you lose weight. The effect of this mixture can even help you lose 4 kg in one day.

Recipe:

  • 5 liter low-fat milk,
  • 2 tablespoons organic green tea (not the filter bag)

Boil and then cool off the milk to 70 degrees (this is important – the milk must not be warm, it should be around 70 degrees), add 2 tablespoons of green tea. Cover and let it stand for 20 minutes. After, just strain and drink.

Drink one cup every 2 hours. It is also recommended to drink plenty of water during the day, about one cup of water every 2 hours.
