Then, cover the mixture and let it cool. When it’s cooled, you need to add the honey.
Note: make sure you don’t add the honey until the mixture is cooled. How to drink it – you need to drink half of this mixture 30 minutes before you go to sleep, and the other half in the morning. And you should also know that this fat burning formula works only on empty stomach.
