Recipe for healthy bread


Healthy bread is the one which is made without additives, preservatives and similar substances.

This recipe is for healthy bread, which enables the production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, eliminates carcinogenic and toxic substances from the body, and eliminates excess cholesterol. It is also used for the prevention of diabetes and arteriosclerosis.

This bread contains high amounts of proteins, vitamins, amino acids, fats, carbohydrates and minerals.

The following ingredients are needed:

  • 300 g of wheat
  • 100 g of barley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame
  • 2 tablespoons of flax seed
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower core
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 fresh yeast + 50ml water

Firstly, pour water over the wheat and leave it for three days. Because the wheat can easily get spoiled, water should be changed from time to time.

Drain the wheat after three days. Use a blender to blend it into a homogeneous mass. After that, you can add barley flakes. Before adding the barley flakes, they should be softened in lukewarm water. You can also add fried sunflower seeds, flax and sesame seeds into the mixture.

One half of fresh yeast is mixed with 50 ml of water with a spoon of sugar. When it swells, add it into the mixture and knead with hands. Add a tablespoon of salt and after it is united into a compact mass, put it into baking pan to stay for at least 30 minutes.

The oven should be preheated to 220 degrees Celsius. Add some ice cubes in the oven to create a steaming effect. Bread will be ready after 45-50 minutes of baking.
