Natural antibiotics are the best way to fight infections and fungus. This recipe is really old and it dates back to medieval Europe.
- 700 ml of fresh apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup of chopped garlic
- ¼ cup chopped garlic
- 2 fresh hot peppers
- ¼ cup grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons grated horseradish
- 2 tsp turmeric powder or 2 pieces of turmeric root
In a larger bowl, mix all ingredients except the apple cider vinegar and put it in a jar. Make sure that the 2/3 jars consists of dry ingredients, and then fill the rest with apple cider vinegar. Then seal the jar and shake it well so that the ingredients will mix well. Keep it in a dry and cool place for two weeks, and shake the jar several times a day. After two weeks strain it through a thick gauze. Once you do, feel free to keep it at room temperature.
Take one tablespoon of the mixture every day to kill bad bacteria in the body and strengthen the immune system, and you can also use it as an addition to your meal. If you are suffering from an infection or serious illness, you can eat one tablespoon five to six times a day.
