There is one great recipe for body cleansing. This recipe includes kefir and buckwheat flour.

Buckwheat is known to strengthen the body, rejuvenate the blood vessels, reduce fatigue, increase blood circulation in the hands and feet, and increase the secretion of urine.
In order to make this excellent Russian folk medicine, you will need the following:
- 1 tablespoon of buckwheat flour
- 180 ml of kefir
- A small amount of honey
Take a container, put one tablespoon of buckwheat flour and fill it with 180 ml of kefir. Mix it thoroughly into a compact mixture. Leave the mixture in the fridge during the night.
Take it out of the fridge tomorrow morning. Stir it once more and it is ready for consumption.
This mixture should be eaten for breakfast. If you like, you can add some honey.
The following meal should be eaten three hours after the breakfast. The procedure should be repeated over the course of 14 days.
