  • 1/2 tablespoon of ground chili peppers
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 oz (1 dl) of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon

Take the chili powder, ginger powder, cinnamon and crushed garlic and mix it all with the lemon juice. When the mixture is compact, add 2 tablespoons of honey. When everything is mixed together, leave it for three hours at a room temperature. Pour the mixture into a glass container and keep it in the fridge.

This natural antibiotic in consumed every morning on an empty stomach. One tablespoon of natural antibiotic is enough to do miracles for your immune system.

This mixture can be used even if you already have a cold. The proper way to use this natural antibiotic to fight a cold is to take one tablespoon of the natural antibiotic before each meal.
