SB277 is a law passed in California based on which all children attending school or daycare must be vaccinated.
In addition to this, SB792 is another law which forces every adult person working in a daycare center, preschool, or home daycare center to be vaccinated. This bill does not allow exceptions and those who do not comply with it will be prosecuted.
California is about to become the first country to require mandated vaccinations for all childcare workers, including all private and public school early childhood education programs, family daycares and daycare centers.
From September 1, 2016, if a person is not vaccinated, that person won’t be allowed to work in any of jobs which are connected with schooling children.
Employees will be required to receive vaccine against influenza, pertussis, and measles every year.
This bill is perceived as a threat to a person’s freedom of choice. People are now being forced to receive vaccines that do not even work 100%.
Even though SB792 is the first bill which makes something mandatory to everyone without exceptions, it is just the matter of time when other similar bills will emerge.
People are concerned about these bills because they believe that it is just a matter of time when everyone will be forced to receive a vaccine.
And other states might also follow the example of California and impose similar mandatory laws on their citizens.
