Acupressure is a therapy developed over 5,000 years ago as an important aspect of Asian, especially Chinese, medicine. It’s asimple and great way to eliminate pain based on pressure points and may be one solution to help eliminate dangerous pain medications and their associated side effects. 


  • Press a point on the hand that points to a place of pain. Hold for 5 seconds
  • Release your finger.
  • Press the point again.
  • Repeat the whole process again in a few minutes.
  • Repeat this massage at least once a day, twice optimum.
  • After a week you will feel good effect.
