The following natural recipe consisting of only two natural ingredients:
- flax Seed
For preparing the mixture, you need:
- 100 grams of flaxseed and
- 10 g cloves,
That is a proportion of 10: 1
Grind them all until they are turned into powder.
Consumption: Take two tablespoons daily, over the course of three days.
The mixture can be added to cooked food, meal, or a drink of hot water. It is best to have it in the morning.
The mixture should be consumed for one month.
For best results, eat boiled flaxseed, on an empty stomach. During the period, increase your intake of fresh pressed juices, nuts and parsley.

If women notice increased desire for sugar before the menstrual cycle, just increase foods that contain magnesium. In this period it is allowed to get a little dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa.
