Cold hands should not be ignored as it could be a symptom of a disease.  People who have cold hands and cold feet should not ignore these signs.

It is caused by a process that maintains the body temperature of the vital organs. If this happens frequently, it can indicate to some other, more serious health problems.

Anemia – If along with cold hands and feet, you get some other symptoms such as fatigue and headache, you should check the level of iron in the blood. Iron is the major component of hemoglobin molecules that transport oxygen in the blood and give it red color.

 Diabetes – cold hands and feet may be the first signs of diabetes. This disease leaves consequences to the bloodstream and nervous system and is often followed by this phenomena. If you are always thirsty, you eat a lot and do not increase or lose weight, you must immediately check the level of sugar in the blood.

Thyroid – The slow work of the thyroid gland causes a slowdown of the metabolism, and having cold feet and hands or feeling cold in general is a common sympthom. Fatigue, letargichnosta, sleepiness, slowed speech and movement, as well as intolerance to high temperatures, are clear symptoms of thyroid disorder.
