Clean your organism in just one weekend

Reserve one weekend just for you and your health. Modern way of life is responsible for a dramatic amount of toxins in your body.

Prepare yourself a menu that will help you get rid of those unhealthy substances and regain your energy and your mood. One weekend is enough.

If you are exhausted, pale, without energy, it is time for detoxification. Toxins in your body make you susceptible to viruses and flu, so you should do something about that as soon as possible.

It is always a good time to energize your body.

In order to get rid of poisons, remember that you should pay attention to five key organs: kidneys, liver, intestines, lungs and the lymph.

Start the cleaning process by eating food with lower levels of fat, and drinking a lot of liquids, for example tea from dandelion, nettles and birch. These are very powerful detoxicant herbs.

Don’t forget about physical activities. That is very important for the health.

The best practice would be to detoxicate your body twice a year, undergoing the detoxification program for ten days, but you can choose another option as well. You can try a weekend detoxification program, and repeat it a couple of times a year.

Weekend Detoxification Program

Saturday

Right after getting out of bed, drink 2,5dl of warm water.

For breakfast: A cup of oat flakes with a spoon of linseed, 2dl of milk or diet yogurt, ½ cup of fresh grained fruits (example: blueberry), 2,5dl of plain water, green or dark tea

For lunch: 250g of grilled hake, Swiss chard with potatoes on olive oil, 2 cups of salad (green, arugula, tomato) with olive oil or lemon juice, a slice of melon and a smaller banana, 2,5dl of plain water

As a snack: An apple, 1,8dl of ordinary yogurt, ¼ cup of pumpkin seed, 2,5dl of plain water

For dinner: A piece of tuna grilled on a barbeque or in a foil (150g), 2 cups of salad with olive oil and lemon juice, ½ cup of vegetables prepared on a steam (broccoli or spinach), a small integral pastry, 2,5dl of plain water, anise tea

Sunday

Right after getting out of bed, drink 2,5dl of warm water.

For breakfast: A cup of oat flakes with a spoon of linseed, 2dl of milk or diet yogurt, green tea and a pear

As a snack: Grapefruit

Lunch: Vegetable soup (carrot, beans, onions, pepper, celery, potato), 200g of chicken breasts on a barbeque, pickles (150g), 2,5dl of plain water.

For dinner: Salad (ground carrot and beet, with lemon juice), a small integral pastry, nettle tea.
