During her time as a Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton was caught up in a scandal. She was accused of mismanaging email and computer information and now she was found guilty of these accusations.

These started before Clinton’s appointment as secretary of state, but her failures were singled out as more serious.
The review came after revelations Clinton exclusively used a private email account and server while in office. Clinton is now the likely Democratic presidential nominee.
Opponents of her Democratic presidential campaign pointed to the audit as proof that Clinton has not been truthful about her private email use as fresh evidence she is not trustworthy or qualified to be commander in chief.
The 78-page report says the department and its secretaries were “slow to recognize and to manage effectively the legal requirements and cyber security risks associated with electronic data communications, particularly as those risks pertain to its most senior leadership.”
