It has been reported that Hungarian riot police used tear gas and water cannons against a group of refugees who broke through a barrier on the border and entered the country.
The group of refugees used sticks and stones to attack the police, which were protecting the gate.
Aleksandar Vucic who is the prime minister of Serbia stated that Hungary must be sanctioned adequately by the EU for their behavior against refugees.
Forcing refugees to return to Serbia is described as behavior which is not in line with European values is not acceptable.
