Adviser to Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov received a message on Facebook which calls for revenge against Russian military fighting terrorists in Syria.
Anton Gerashchenko decided to share this message to other Facebook users. Afterwards, his Facebook page was inaccessible for few hours.
A person who sent this message to Anton said that Islamic State militants will take revenge against Russian soldiers under Sharia law. ISIS militants will recognize Russian soldiers from the videos aired on television.
Anton Gerashchenko encouraged people to share any videos of Russian soldiers fighting in Syria on the website called Mirotvorec (Peacekeeper). Many people are against this idea.
Some have even concluded that Anton Gerashchenko is openly giving support to ISIS.
The purpose of the Mirotvorec (Peacekeeper) website is to publicly list those who are against Kiev authorities. The list includes journalists, activists, MPs and those fighting against the government in eastern Ukraine. People against the current system are considered terrorists.
The site even publishes personal information about those that are considered terrorists. Politician Oleg Kalashnikov and journalist Oles Buzina were among those that oppose to the current system and whose personal information was published on the site. They were killed after their personal information became public.
